As a Capital District Investor, I have learned that while this business can be very lucrative, the income can also fluctuate. One message that held steady throughout all my real estate training courses and seminars was this: Investors need multiple streams of income! One class suggested 14 streams!

One of my long-time mentors, Robert Kiyosaki, taught that network marketing was a must! I have taken his words to heart and searched for the right opportunity! I tried several, but I found that most required a substantial up-front investment and a recurring charge monthly, whether it was for products or websites. One opportunity charged me almost $100 a month! That’s not making money, that’s spending money!
